Mission Statement
Our Mission is to offer services and products which will enhance and keep a healthy relationship between pets and their owners. Our hope is that every pet will find a forever home in which it is loved and properly cared for. We support, through volunteering and donations, shelters that rescue pets and strive to place them in forever homes. We encourage the adoption of pets whenever possible from shelters. We highly support and recommend spaying/neutering of animals unless they are intentional bred by responsible breeders who hold to a high standard of breeding and lovingly care for their animals and breed for quality of temperment and absence of genetic defects. We believe strongly that all dogs should have positive obedience training and proper socialization to allow them to become good canine companions. We believe that dogs and kids go together provided that both dogs and kids get the proper training needed to foster a safe and healthy relationship. We encourage pet owners to have their pets microchipped to aid in the recovery of lost pets. We believe that dogs should not be kept on chains permanently and support local laws prohibiting this practice. We encourage pet owners to become knowledgeable as to the care, understanding and training of their pets. We encourage all pet owners to abide by local leash laws and to keep their pets secure on leashes, in fenced yards, inside homes, in proper outdoor shelters or temporarily on chains while outside. We encourage all pet owners to have their pets seen by a veterianian at least once a year.
