Pet Food Delivery

Q: How often do you deliver?

A: We deliver once a week, bi-weekly, monthly or when needed. If you will not be home at the time of delivery, please specify where you want your food left and it must be in an enclosed area in case of rain or bad weather!!! As a pet owner, you are responsible for the conduct of your pet. We will not deliver to an area which we believe to be unsafe, ie., aggresive dog in fenced yard will not allow us to enter. Also, we will not deliver to an area where a dog or cat does not have rabies shots, which are required by law. See What You Should Know About Vaccinations.

Q: How soon can you deliver?

A: If you are a first time client or not on a regular schedule, you need to first get set up as a client. Once that is done and you place your order we will delivery within 72 business hours. Normal business is Monday-Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Submit Service Requests or call 618-482-8680 and we will attempt to contact you within 48 hours.

Q: How do I pay for my delivery?

A: You must be set up as a client first. You may pay by cash or check at the time of delivery or in advance. There will be a $20 extra charge for any bounced check and any check not subsequently made good will be forwarded to the proper authorities for collections.

Q: What do you charge for delivery?

A: The price of our products includes delivery but sales tax is extra. Our prices are competitive with other area retailers and you will be notified of any price increases, specials, etc. in advance.

Q: Why do you only carry certain products?

A: We have researched the products available in the dog and cat food industry. We have chosen what we believe to be high quality, nutritional products. We have chosen to limit our product line to those products which we believe will best serve the needs of our client's pets.

Q: How do I get set-up for service?

A: If you are within our service area, (1) Click on Service Request and specify Pet Food Delivery or (2) call us at 618-482-8680 and leave a message if we do not answer. We will attempt to respond within 48 hours.
